Fat Loss Supplements that Work

According to recent statistics, approximately two thirds of Americans are currently overweight or obese. That’s a staggering number, and the problem only seems to be getting worse.
Given this, it’s not surprising that fat loss is the number one health and fitness goal.
Over the course of my career as a personal trainer, I’ve helped a number of clients lose weight and tone up. Even when it comes to gaining muscle mass, fat loss is typically an underlying but equally important focus. After all, getting ripped and toned is highly dependent on body fat percentage.
Tracking Your Fat Loss
In terms of measuring body fat, your bathroom scale isn’t the best indicator. In fact, I don’t recommend body weight as a good measure of health and fitness. Body weight depends not only on body fat, but also on lean muscle mass. And as you probably already know, muscle weighs more than fat.
This can make tracking your fat loss progress really difficult. Since weight training is such an effective method of fat loss (because it enhances your resting metabolic rate), a scale won’t tell you how much fat you’ve lost vs. muscle mass you’ve gained.
Instead, I tell my clients to take measurements on a biweekly or monthly basis of key body parts and areas of focus. If you’re trying to tone up your waistline, a measurement will give you the best idea of your progress. Some scales also measure your body fat percentage, by sending a mild electric current through your body. These can definitely be good measures of fat loss progress, but you can’t cheap out. Many home models simply don’t work well.
Calculating your body mass index can also be extremely helpful. For more information on how to determine your body mass index, read my article on BMI and Weight Loss.
Enhancing Fat Loss
There are a number of ways to enhance your fat loss results. The most effective approach is one that incorporates exercise, weight training, and a healthy low-fat diet. But in addition to these basic principles, there are also some amazing fat loss supplements that work extremely well.
Fat Loss Supplements that Work
These are my top 3 picks for fat loss supplements – and they’re also safe! Add them to a regular exercise routine and a healthy diet, and you’ll be on your way to meeting your fat loss goals!
1. Hydroxycut South African Hoodia – South African Hoodia has been shown to reduce your daily caloric intake by suppressing your appetite, naturally!
2. Muscle Pharm Shred Matrix – This high-impact fat burning supplement contains a unique combination of fat-busting herbs, roots, and plant extracts that offer some amazing results!
3. Universal Animal Cuts – For those looking for serious workout results, this is by far my top pick. This fat loss supplement not only boosts your metabolism, it also reduces your overall water weight. This is exactly what you need to tone up, because water weight interferes with getting that tight, ripped look you’ve been dreaming of!
